Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Barrow Ford website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Shipping, Returns, Privacy, and Cancellation policies. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Barrow Ford reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
Order Acceptance & Processing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Pricing or stock errors
- Payment authorization failure
- Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information
If payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and may take slightly longer during sales or festive seasons.
Shipping & Delivery
Barrow Ford ships across India. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, courier issues, or public holidays. Barrow Ford shall not be held liable for such delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
- Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for returns
- Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged

Refund Policy
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and the return process must be followed. Contact us at shop@barrowfordshirts.com with your order number.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Barrow Ford reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
