    Order Processing

    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. During sales, festive seasons, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

    • Hyderabad: 1–7 business days
    • Other major cities in India: 3–10 business days
    • Remote or rural areas: 7–14 business days

    Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Barrow Ford does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

    Shipping Charges

    Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be applied automatically at checkout.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact us at shop@barrowfordshirts.com.

    Barrow Ford partners with reputed courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. The choice of shipping partner is at our discretion and may vary based on your delivery location and order value.

    Incorrect Address

    Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. Barrow Ford is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

    Failed Delivery Attempts

    If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our facility. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

    Delays & Force Majeure

    Barrow Ford is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or any other events beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to keep you informed in the event of significant delays.

    International Shipping

    At this time, Barrow Ford ships only within India. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.

    How to Measure

    Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.

    Shoulders: Measure straight across from one shoulder seam to the other.

    Length: Measure from the highest shoulder point down to the hem.

    Sleeve: Measure from shoulder seam to sleeve opening.

    Tip: allow 1-3 cm (0.4-1.2") tolerance due to manual measurement.

    Delivery & Return

    Delivery

    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    Shipping time and cost are shown at checkout based on your location and selected method.

    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details after dispatch.

    Returns & Refunds

    You can request a return within 4 days from the delivery date.

    Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

    Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
