Return Window
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 4 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained. The return window begins from the date of delivery as confirmed by the courier tracking system.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The shirt must be unused and unwashed
- All original tags and labels must be intact
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- There should be no stains, perfume smell, or physical damage
- A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided
Items that do not meet these conditions will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Clearance or heavily discounted products
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Products marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Items altered, tailored, or customized after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team at shop@barrowfordshirts.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to size and color availability. If the requested variant is unavailable, a full refund will be processed instead. Only one exchange per order is permitted.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are initiated within 4–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected at our facility. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
Shipping Charges on Returns
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. In such cases, Barrow Ford will arrange a free pickup or reimburse the return shipping cost.
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the product and packaging
- Do not discard the original packaging until the issue is resolved
Upon verification, we will arrange a pickup and provide a replacement or full refund at your preference.
Partial Returns
If you placed an order with multiple items, you may return individual items separately. Each item will be evaluated independently based on the return eligibility criteria listed above. Refunds will be processed only for the items that qualify.
